Geode Health approached me for their new careers microsite after experiencing the typical inefficiencies with their existing web vendor, opting to build a separate careers website with the ability to manage content internally, and integrate the job listings directly with their hiring platform, Workday, through a robust API integration. Like all my work, we started from a blank canvas working with their existing brand standards to develop a standalone site on a subdomain that was cohesive with their existing site and conversion focused.

I worked with them to revitalize their existing mark and work in some subtle updates that would make the original founder proud. The end result was an intuitive user experience and an immediate increase in conversions.

I produced a number of strong possible names without any market competition, and Brynnstone Lending was the winner. From there I developed a unique brand identity system and cohesive website landing page for the foundation of the organization.

I was super excited to take on the challenge and help set the bar high for his first experience with a designer. The result is easily one of my favorite brands, a clever portrayal of his brand name with a subtle home silhouette worked into a bed headboard. It was an amazing opportunity to work with The Jet and Drogin Group to design and develop the entire front-end user experience for their organization, including all the web marketing material and the front-end design and development for their pilot web-app. The Jet team had a very unique vision for the brand and it was a pleasure to be able to help them bring it to life.
