When I was first introduced to Firecracker Farm (via Better Business Babe - Andrea Gallagher) I was blown away by their products, but I was equally suprised by their product positioning and lack of food being shown. We immediately engaged for ongoing Brand Strategy and collaborated closely to aggressively reshape the brand and focus of the creative assets and system. The Mermaid Cafe was the long time dream of Leah Meyer, on a mission to be the first cafe of its kind to employ people with disabilities to serve up the best coffee and sweet treats San Antonio has to offer. I was honored to be chosen to assist with the comprehensive brand identity system for all their merchandise, signage, collateral and more, in addition to building their website. Working closely with Leah to make her dream come true was truly an amazing endeavor. The Shopify 2.0 system had just launched and Pure Therapro was quickly growing, along with that came new aspirations mid-stream to integrate natively with Shopify, Shopify 2.0 was a natural choice and I was up for the challenge. The result is a fully custom Shopify theme tailored to the Pure TheraPro RX brand.

What started as a simple promotional landing page easily evolved into an e-commerce page that connects with the Ballast snipcart infrastructure.

Working with stakeholders, we developed a future-proof brand and user experience that was reflected in the distinct product presentation and custom desk builder. It also received an Honorable Mention from Awwwards, which ain't bad either.
Pretty Fly FPV was a personal project I dreamt up one night, I wanted some cool custom goggle straps and lanyards for my other hobby, FPV, or First-Person-View Drones. So I kickstarted a fun project after designing the product line personally and developing a business plan. Unfortunatley as a naive new business owner I was partnered with an ill-willed investor and I decided to pack up and close up shop, but I still got some cool products and a cool case study out of it. The site employs Snipcart and I was featured in some cool articles about my front-end development work on this site pioneering their platform.

They approached me with a rapid design and development schedule (less than 1-month) and huge aspirations to create an ecosystem of e-commerce 'microsites' for their creators that all fed into a single e-commerce solution. Never one to turn down a challenge, I took it on. The end result is an ever-growing ecosystem they manage themselves using limited code knowledge built on the Snipcart E-commerce Platform and Hugo Static Site Generator.

It's all rather 'tech-y' so I worked with Tusk Digital to simplify the value proposition and product offerings while working with product designers on high-quality 3D renders to give them the 'Apple-effect'. This is all packaged in a clean user-experience built on a custom Wordpress development leveraging WooCommerce for the ecommerce functionalities.
